Kaleigh, a native of Maine, obtained her associate degree in nursing from Castleton University in 2014. In 2017, Kaleigh relocated to Montana, where she served as a clinical charge nurse for a rural hospital on the Crow Reservation. The following year, she graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing from Walden University. Over the course of her eight-year nursing career, she gained diverse experience in various settings, including medical-surgical, geriatrics, rehabilitation, hospice, addiction, and emergency medicine.
In 2019, she decided to pursue a master of science degree to further equip herself with the knowledge and skills necessary to attend to the needs of her patients, and she graduated in 2022. Kaleigh subsequently spent two years working for a non-profit organization in Montana, where she provided primary care, detox, and addiction medicine services.
In 2024, Kaleigh concluded her work in Montana and returned to her home state to share her decade-long medical expertise with her community. She is delighted to be back in Maine and looks forward to spending more quality time with her spouse and three rescue dogs. During her leisure hours, Kaleigh enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking with her family, antiquing, cooking, and baking. She is an advocate for holistic and patient-centered care for all populations.
